Editing!

As soon as I finished recording the shots with Franshesca for our movie, I imported the footage to my laptop. I then launched iMovie and began sorting through the clips to find the best ones for our movie. Since some of the shots were taken from different angles, I had to carefully align them so they would seamlessly transition between one another. This required a lot of precision in terms of timing and placement, but it was necessary to create the illusion that it was all one continuous shot. As I was editing the footage, I realized that we needed some background music to help set the mood for one of our scenes. I started looking for suitable tracks online, but quickly realized that we needed royalty-free music to avoid any legal issues down the line. After a bit of searching, I came across a site called "upbeat.io" that had a great selection of royalty-free tracks to choose from. I spent some time browsing through the different tracks, trying to find one that would fit the mood of our scene perfectly. After a while, I came across a track called "Snake Oil" by Doug Organ that seemed to be just what we were looking for. The track had a great beat and a casual feel to it that would work perfectly for our getting ready for work scene. Once I had found the perfect track, I downloaded it and imported it into iMovie. I then spent some time adjusting the volume and timing of the track so that it would sync up perfectly with the footage. It took a bit of trial and error to get everything just right, but eventually, I was happy with how it all came together. Overall, editing the shots that I recorded with Franshesca was a challenging but rewarding experience. By carefully aligning and cutting the footage, I was able to create the illusion of a seamless shot that helped bring our movie to life. And by finding the perfect piece of royalty-free music, I was able to enhance the mood of one of our scenes and create an even more engaging experience for our audience.

A sneak peak into what's to come!
